Amazing, the cushions were exactly what i was looking for. They King Oak rang to make inform me that the image online made of the product colour slightly different and did i want to proceed with the order. Brilliant service highly recommend.

My two year old really enjoyed this experience. Staff and Santa were very patient and kind. Everything was well organised. Highly recommended.

Santy himself was great just mrs clause was disappointing my kids came out and said she wasnt real because her wig was hanging off maybe ye should have elves next year less explaining for parents then to curious kids

Absolutely amazing, perfectly organised, and the attention to detail was just excellent and santy was truly the best ever. Will be going back for a long time to come.

Kids had a lovely time with Santa, he was the real deal and so engaging with the kids. They loved going through the different sections before finally meeting Santa. Such fun in the lead up to Christmas! Staff were great, very well organised.

My son loved it and said santa knows him so well as he got a badminton set and he has only recently taken up badminton 🏸

We visited Santa with our daughter as she never got to due to covid she was memorised. She had a wonderful time with Ms Claus and Elsa and of course the big man himself was amazing value even the gift she got of Santa was very good

We really enjoyed the whole Santa experience. We were brought straight into missus Claus who was brilliant with the kids, then to Elsa where they made reindeer food and then to Santa. We could take any amount of pictures and never felt like we were being rushed at any stage. The 3 separate roomwls were dressed so well and we'd like to thank the King Oak for a great experience.

Great experience, the kids loved it. Ms. Claus was lovely and Elsa was a nice surprise. Santa was very nice and didn’t mind us taking lots of pictures. The kids got reindeer food, balloons and a little toy which they loved. Definitely recommend

Poor quality wouldn’t buy again

I am a dog Walker/minder and today I got the most beautiful gift of one of your gorgeous gift sets that included your beautiful doggy plate and mug and a gorgeous candle. I was absolutely thrilled with it. 5 star ⭐️ gift for a dog lover.

It actually came damaged

Ordered this and put it straight into storage for our new house. When I unboxed the mirror I discovered it’s a champagne mirror and not gold at all. Rang the shop and they as good as told me tough! This is more of a pale champagne than it looks in the picture. The name is extremely deceiving too!
